Consultant (f/m/d) for real estate and market analysis

You are competent, analytical and committed - and enjoy analysis, consulting and also research. We offer you exciting projects with real estate issues. You convince with your ability to assess, your accuracy and your argumentation skills.

bulwiengesa is one of the largest independent consulting and analysis companies for the real estate industry in Germany. Our clients include project developers, builders, investors, banks, local authorities and property owners. Market analyses, databases and digital products are among our core competencies, as are property valuations. The team consists of almost 100 colleagues.

These are the tasks that await you:

  • A wide range of appraisals for our clients' real estate decisions
  • Studies as well as market and location analyses with own and researched data
  • Travelling with on-site inspections (to the extent corresponding to the appraisal assignment)
  • Portfolio analyses and quantitative solutions for real estate portfolios
  • Use of databases in appraisals and consulting

What you bring with you:

  • Completed studies (Master's or Bachelor's degree) in real estate management, business administration, geography, spatial or urban planning.
  • Possibly initial professional experience in real estate and market analysis
  • Entrepreneurial, creative and solution-oriented thinking as well as self-initiative
  • Efficient, responsible action as well as reliability, flexibility and willingness to work A basic technical understanding as well as a high interest in analysis, figures and data
  • Profound knowledge of the Microsoft Office package and other software

  • Full fluency in German and a good command of English
