Share content via plugins (Twitter & Co.)

Study downloads/E-Papers
Some of the free studies are only available for download after prior registration/registration through the corresponding form fields. The personal data processed includes company, surname, first name, telephone number, e-mail address, street name, house number, city and postcode. Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes and to the extent necessary for these purposes: Provision of the study as well as further contact and advertising measures. Duration of data processing
Your personal data will be deleted when they are no longer needed to achieve the stated purposes and legal retention periods have expired.

Technical processing
For the technical processing of personal data, we make use of the support of specialised technical service providers. These service providers are carefully selected and are legally and contractually obliged to ensure a high level of data protection. The legal basis for the cooperation with these service providers is Article 28 DSGVO.

You have the right to request information in accordance with Article 15 DSGVO about the personal data stored about you. 7. Analysis tools and advertising

Matomo

1. scope of data processing
We use Matomo  (matomo.org), an open source web analytics service.

The following information is collected:

  • Browser type/version
  • Operating system used
  • referrer URL (the previously visited page)
  • the time of the server request
  • search terms entered
  • pages accessed
  • file name and type and file quantity (for downloads)
  • 2 bytes of the IP address of the user's calling system

The software runs exclusively on our servers. This data is only stored there. The data is not passed on to third parties. The software is set in such a way that the IP addresses are not stored completely, but the last two bytes of the IP address are masked (e.g.: 192.168.xxx.xxx). In this way, it is no longer possible to assign the shortened IP address to the calling computer. The software is configured so that no cookie is set.

The legal basis for the processing of the users' personal data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
