In 2019, committed project developers, the Federal Foundation of Baukultur and the analysis company bulwiengesa presented the Ground Floor 4.0 study. Various new aspects of the current "building turnaround" and two in-depth workshops in the group led to further important factors and correlations for the success of vital ground floors. These are now summarised in the short study Ground floors 5.0.
