Logistics / Corporate Real Estate Ongoing market monitoring

Logistics and Real Estate 2021

"Worth more now than before the crisis?" - is the central question of the seventh edition of the classic study. Based on the concept of (added) value, various aspects of logistics real estate are examined: Location, building and user.

Key findings:

  • Demand for logistics and warehouse space expands to secondary locations
  • New construction activity for 2021 and 2022 at new highs
  • High momentum in the logistics regions of Berlin, Hamburg and Bremen/North Sea ports
  • Quality and sustainability decisive for value retention

These and other results of the new study "Logistics and Real Estate 2021" are presented by the study partners bulwiengesa, Berlin Hyp AG, BREMER AG, GARBE Industrial Real Estate GmbH and Savills Immobilien Beratungs-GmbH in the current study.
