Study "Logistics and Real Estate 2022"
On course for a record in the crisis: The high level of construction activity in the market for logistics real estate continues. With around 5.8 million sqm and an increase of 9.4 % compared to the record previous year (5.3 million sqm), a new record for newly completed logistics space is expected for the current year.
This is one of the most important findings of the eighth "Logistics and Real Estate" study, which was published in the proven partnership with Berlin Hyp, BREMER, GARBE and Savills and presented at Expo Real.
