To improve market transparency and bring together key players, we have launched various initiatives. Members receive market data, benchmarks and become visible with their common concerns. We take care of compliance with standards in data exchange and network maintenance.

Initiative Micro-Living

Together we are working on a more transparent positioning of the still relatively young market for micro-living in Germany. Every six months, each member receives a benchmark in comparison to all other members. We also publish a market report every six months.

Corporate Real Estate Initiative

Since 2014, the members have been aiming to improve transparency and information in this market segment in order to facilitate access to this asset class. A semi-annual market report informs investors and all interested parties about market events and the performance of the sector.
