Studie: Baulandmodelle und deren Auswirkungen auf den Wohnungsmarkt

Im Auftrag der PANDION AG hat bulwiengesa exemplarisch die Baulandmodelle von Berlin, Düsseldorf, Hamburg und München und deren Auswirkungen auf den Wohnungsmarkt untersucht. Alle genannten Modelle streben einen Anteil von mindestens 30 Prozent gefördertem Wohnraum am Wohnungsneubau an. Wird dies auch erreicht?
