Jan Sprengnetter

Jan Sprengnetter has been a member of the Management Board of bulwiengesa AG since 2025.

He has been Managing Director and shareholder of the entire Sprengnetter Group since 2014. He is responsible for managing the Group's operating business and international business.

The business graduate has over 20 years of experience in the transformation of business models, digitalization and entrepreneurship. His focus was on the interface between the real estate and finance industries. He founded a digital real estate valuation platform in 2005 and developed it into one of the leading platforms for market and mortgage lending valuations, property inspections and portfolio valuations. He later successfully integrated this company into the Sprengnetter Group.
