Kristian Reinhold

Kristian Reinhold has been Managing Director at bulwiengesa since April 2025 and is responsible for the comprehensive development of the business—from strategic direction and close integration into the Scout24 ecosystem to the continuous optimization of processes and products.

He has many years of experience in the real estate and platform economy. In addition to his role at bulwiengesa, he continues to hold a leadership position at the partner company ImmoScout24. There, he built up the commercial real estate division and is now responsible for strategy and product development in the commercial real estate, property development, and home construction sectors. 

In his roles, he combines data-driven analysis with strategic market development and ensures the consistent implementation of growth initiatives.
