Interns (f/m/d)

Place of work: Berlin, Essen, Frankfurt/M., Hamburg or Munich

We are always looking for students to support our teams. Find your first entry into the real estate industry and get a professional impression of the work as a consultant or in valuation. We will gladly try to offer you further employment as a student trainee. Promoting internal careers and supporting our colleagues in their personal development is a matter of course for us.

Job Description/Task Area:

• Voluntary or compulsory internship (40 h/week); duration 2 or 3 months; regular internship allocation

Your job with us:

• Assist in the preparation of expert reports for residential, office, retail and logistics projects
• Carrying out site inspections
• Research activities on current real estate and regional economic topics
• Updating, setting up and maintaining the company's internal databases on your own responsibility

Your profile:

• Studies in geography, urban planning, real estate management, business administration, economics, architecture or related studies
• Interest in real estate and regional economic issues
• Good MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Good command of English
• Good communication and comprehension skills
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
