bulwiengesa joins Scout24 group

We are pleased to announce that bulwiengesa AG has become part of the Scout24 SE Group. Scout24 is a leading German tech company and operates, among other things, the digital marketplace ImmoScout24.

Creating synergies

With Scout24 at our side, we will accelerate the technical development of our data and consulting services. Customers will benefit from increased market transparency, innovative data-driven products and an expanded database. 

Scout24 continues to pursue its strategy of expanding into the data sector in order to efficiently network all target groups with one another and to further develop the company beyond an advertising platform. Our services are suitable for all real estate segments and for all valuation occasions in the commercial real estate sector.

Personnel changes

The current CEO of bulwiengesa, Ralf Koschny, will join the new Supervisory Board of bulwiengesa. The new CEO of bulwiengesa will be Sven Carstensen. Carstensen has been with bulwiengesa for more than 20 years and has been COO of the company since 2020. These appointments will ensure continuity in the management of bulwiengesa and guarantee a consistently high standard of customer service and client care.

Our offering and the established, reliable bulwiengesa brand will remain unchanged.

Questions and answers

What happens to client data?
Client and project data etc. are and remain confidential and remain with bulwiengesa, a separate legal company with GDPR compliance. This means that we fulfill the requirements for the proper handling of personal data in accordance with the legal definition.
 
What happens with data exchanges (rentals, etc.)?
Here, too, the following applies: The data entrusted to us will be used as before at bulwiengesa.
 
Is bulwiengesa still independent?
Even with the new owner Scout24, bulwiengesa remains independent. There are no conflicts of interest in our services. We continue to be neutral consultants, appraisers and valuers.
 
How will we work with Sprengnetter in the future?
Sprengnetter is one of the leading providers of real estate data and valuations in Germany and has been part of the Scout24 Group since 2023. In the future, the expertise of Sprengnetter and bulwiengesa appraisal will be bundled with a focus on the institutional client business. This will create a high-performance valuation company that meets the requirements of both the private and semi-private sectors as well as large-volume commercial properties.
