Ralf-Peter Koschny CRE FRICS

Ralf-Peter Koschny has been a member of the Supervisory Board of bulwiengesa AG since 2025.

As part of his longtime work at bulwiengesa, he has maintained memberships in numerous national and international associations and organizations such as the German Council of Shopping Centers, the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Counselors of Real Estate. Mr. Koschny is also a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS).

Ralf-Peter Koschny has held a management position at bulwiengesa since 1995. Previously, he worked as an urban planner at FPB - Freie Planungsgruppe Berlin GmbH and as a project manager for business development in the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg.
