Working student - Research (f/m/d)

bulwiengesa is one of the leading independent consulting, analysis and valuation companies for the real estate industry in Germany and has been part of the Scout24 Group since the end of 2024. Project developers, property developers, institutional investors, banks, local authorities and portfolio holders have trusted us since 1983. 


We are looking for committed students to support our research team in our ongoing research and the collection of property data. Gain your first insights into the real estate industry and support us in maintaining and developing our databases for further use in reports, studies and RIWIS Online.

 

Working student - Research:

  • part-time (16-20 h/week); temporary
  • 17 Euro/h
  • with immediate effect

 

We can offer you this area of responsibility:

  • Responsible for updating and maintaining the company's internal databases with a focus on property and project information.
  • Researching current real estate and regional economic topics.

 

What should you bring?

  • You are currently studying for a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • You enjoy searching for specific real estate and regional economic information on the Internet and in the press.
  • You carefully analyze and maintain data from various sources and can summarize them coherently.
  • You work reliably and responsibly and have a high degree of initiative.
  • You have a very good command of German and a good command of English.
