On behalf of PANDION AG, bulwiengesa examined the building land models of Berlin, Düsseldorf, Hamburg and Munich and their effects on the housing market. All of the models mentioned aim for a share of at least 30 percent of subsidised housing in new residential construction. Will this be achieved
