Study "Public Infrastructure Real Estate"
The public sector faces particular challenges in the real estate sector in the coming years. This applies not only to the new construction of publicly required space, but also to the existing stock. Increasing requirements in the area of ESG, further demand for office space as well as the provision of day-care places, including for children under three years of age, or educational institutions are only a few of the many tasks that must be managed in the interest of the common good. A recent study by bulwiengesa commissioned by the Barton Group and Audere Gesellschaftsimmobilien now quantifies for the first time the demand and the gaps in demand in a number of property types required for the common good.
