Share data with us

Background

We invite all project developers to share data with us - for more transparency in the real estate market and for an up-to-date company profile in the Development Monitor. To ensure that we don't forget a single square metre as well as rankings and profiles, we have been setting up a direct exchange for years.

bulwiengesa has been creating profiles for the largest project developers as well as for all interested parties who provide us with information about their company as part of a data exchange. We have been working to shed light on the German real estate market since 1983, to help our customers make decisions but also to increase market transparency. That's what we stand for, and yes, of course that's what we do for a living. And because we know that this requires countless comrades-in-arms, we cordially invite you to become a Transparency Partner.

For years, we have been in direct contact with project developers, regardless of the size of the company and whether projects are being developed for own portfolios (investor developers) or for resale (trading developers). Projects that are reported to bulwiengesa or corrected in the course of a data exchange are also shown in the Development Monitor and are included in the ranking.

All data exchangers have the opportunity to upgrade your profile:

  • Look over your pipeline with us.
  • Complete your profile with additional information on USPs, purchase profile, track record.
  • You will also receive a discount on the Development Monitor. This evaluates project developments in all real estate segments throughout Germany.
  • Receive and use the logo of the Transparency Network.

And how does it work? The data exchange currently takes place via Excel. Your company can download the project list relevant to you at any time via access in our database RIWIS (new? Register here) to your developer profile, view it, add to it and correct it if necessary and send it back to us by e-mail. You can see the soft facts questionnaire below.

Are you interested? Do you need more information? We look forward to receiving an e-mail from you at developer@bulwiengesa.de.
