Study on the future of the German care real estate market
A comprehensive study commissioned by Cureus analyses the German care real estate market and shows future prospects. For the first time, not only demographic trends but also the stock of nursing homes and construction activity were examined. Core result: In the market for nursing care real estate, there are currently promising market parameters for the construction and operation of inpatient nursing care facilities: due to a current and future high demand, supply deficits and increasing requirements.
