CadastreX wird künftig Teil von bulwiengesa
Internationale Marktinformationen und europaweit vergleichbare KPIs gewinnen für die Immobilienwirtschaft zunehmend an Bedeutung. Um die internationale Datenkompetenz von bulwiengesa und der Scout24-Gruppe weiter auszubauen, wird CadastreX künftig Teil von bulwiengesa.
Die von Prof. Dr. Sven Bienert und Dr. Benedikt Gloria entwickelte Plattform schafft vergleichbare Marktinformationen über europäische Immobilienmärkte und unterschiedliche Assetklassen hinweg. Die zusätzlichen internationalen Daten und Zeitreihen werden insbesondere das RIWIS-Angebot sinnvoll erweitern und die Weiterentwicklung datenbasierter Lösungen für die Immobilienwirtschaft unterstützen.
CadastreX wird künftig in das bulwiengesa- und RIWIS-Umfeld integriert und gemeinsam weiterentwickelt.
Dr. Benedikt Gloria wird künftig für bulwiengesa am Standort München tätig sein. Prof. Dr. Sven Bienert begleitet die weitere Entwicklung von CadastreX und RIWIS beratend.
